PCF Obligations for Contracts of $1M and Above

Organizations with 100 permanent employees or more who wish to respond to calls for tenders from the Government of Canada amounting to one (1) million dollars or more (including taxes) must submit to the Federal Contracts Program (FCP) for Employment Equity.

What does this imply? Bidding organizations must demonstrate that their workforce is representative of the population of Canada with respect to the four (4) designated groups: women, Indigenous peoples, people with disabilities, and visible minorities, under the Employment Equity Act.
